Based on biological principle, mammalia age 5 until 7 growth time times up to the adult. Human growth time usually take time teethe last milk as calculation standard, that is age 20 year until 25 year. So human life distance properly, short 100 year and longest 175 year. General human average normal age is admitted 120 year.

Well, how endure life up to 120 year? in range of time 120 year, alive wells up to 100 year not dream.
